MEET OUR HEAD CHEF
Our Executive Chef Toek Manghout is a self-taught foodie and local to the area. Garnering his experience from waiting tables and working in the kitchen at Phnom Penh’s prestigious Topaz, he elevated his art under the guidance of Chef Pov Sopheak and Master Chef Alain Darc. After running his own restaurant Templation, he enjoys being back in his home town and getting creative with Khmer and fusion dishes at Amber Kampot.
