Born and raised in the kingdom of Wonder, our Executive Chef Dimanche Ry has a lot of love for Cambodian Cuisine. Commencing his career within luxury hotel backgrounds such as Le Méridien and Aman, he brings the artisanal presentation of each dish, stunning the diners with his exceptional taste. When he was transferred to Sri Lanka, Tri Hotel, he learned to emphasize sustainable ingredients then later brought it home to Cambodia. The journey has shaped his innovation skills toward local fresh ingredients and unthinkable scrap items to unforgettable dining experience at Amber Kampot.
